Had a bit of an adventure with this but got there in the end!
- BA flight: I changed my FF number from QR to QF at the airport (boarding pass showed correct FF) so I thought all was ok
- Points didn't credit with QF, so lodged claim online
- Claim was rejected due to "points awarded to another program"
- Sent email to QF with boarding pass, they simply resubmitted the claim which was duly rejected again
- Realised that points posted to QR
- Found this thread

- Called QR and had points reversed
- Claimed again with QF online
- Claim rejected due to "duplicate claim"
- Called QF, had to provide QR statement showing reversal, and they manually credited the points
