Does QR release more upgrade seats closer to departure date? I am looking at the OSL-DOH flight in December 2024. There are still quite a few seats available for sale and when I usually fly in J on paid tickets, the cabin is half empty. There are no upgrade seats on this leg right now but does QR release more the closer to the date of departure?
