Does anyone have the entire complaint, as I searched the Fulton County court docket today (in flight of course) as the Delta v Crowdstrike matter does not have a filed case number. The above X link above had XXX’s for the case number.
As I previously mentioned, I foresee that Crowdstrike will file to remove this matter to Federal District court prior to their filed reply response to Delta’s pleading.
In addition to delaying the proceeding, it is never good to have the venue in the hometown where one of the entities is a major employer. Been there, done that. There is zero chance at a fair trial in Fulton County.
