For the Copa lounge, you mentioned this access for United Club members:
United Club: 1 companion +4 family immediate members.
Do you know if you have to be flying on United to enter the club via this method? I'm flying on American Airlines, but I have a United Club cred card and I'm wondering if I bring this card with me if it would get me into this club (along with my spouse and 3 kids!).
