So test run today in MIA with the new certificate through enhance with miles
three agents and a supervisor later, I have a first dining pass plus a guest.
the computer scanned my certificate and said no guests. Looking at the terms and conditions it was treating this pass under the terms and conditions for single visit pass which makes sense- it just isn’t what the certificate pass terms and conditions said.
keep in mind that now that the agent had scanned my certificate, I could no longer see it in my account nor its terms and conditions. I had a screen capture but that didn’t help because it wasn’t attached to the certificate (or the computer)
finally a supervisor was found and she had also found an email to her that these certificates include guests. I can’t repeat enough that the agents were patient and proactive in figuring this out.
this was definitely the first these agent had seen this and i was kind of prepared for that.
