I have very similar issue - customer service several times now refused to use my IBAN number. I also am in Sweden and when asked my bank they had no idea what bank key is. all numbers i have access to in my bank were denied.
Quote : "Kindly note that your bank details cannot be retrieved from your given IBAN so kindly provide us with the required bank details:
Bank key (4 digits)
Account number (7 digits)"
Can you please assist? The case number is
