I walked through the ground floor of La Concha last Thursday (I'm staying elsewhere on the island) and everything looked finished. The restaurant/bar is open and there are large seating areas with nice furnishings. I didn't get to see any of the upper floors, but there were no contractor/construction vehicles parked near the building, so a potential hint that the renovations are complete.

And I agree on The Saint. I've stayed there several times and always had a great experience. However, I always booked a larger room. The rooms they offer for standard points redemption are TINY.
