Correct. The plan was to introduce Club Europe on domestics at exactly the same time BoB bob was to be introduced. The date was set for April 2017. However, BoB was ready to go early and Sr Cruz saw an opportunity to save a little more money and so brought forward BoB to January leaving the domestic CE rollout until April.
