The first day of BoB I was sitting in row 1 on a NCL-LHR and there was definitely no CE cabin. CE on domestics came along a short time after, it was not announced until after BoB was in place.
This is correct. There was a time when we had the worst of both worlds. I remember thinking that it wouldn't be the way I would have done it, at the time. F connection, buy a cup of coffee indeed
