Now I'm logging in to make further travel plans for December only to discover all the remaining points expired Sept 11th. No reason provided. I'm speculating that perhaps they were still attached to her account and expired due to her lack of account activity, but if so, isn't this information they should have provided us upon transferring the points?? We would have no way to know the expiration date, if this is the case.
Has anyone else experienced this or know the policy?
