Still likely not to make too much of a difference, I imagine, unless BA can strike a deal with LHR to put that up at two hours before departure rather than 75 minutes or whatever it is now. Leisure travellers turning up at the lounge 2+ hours before the flight will overwhelmingly just go to GC North or South and likely stay there until not long before boarding, I imagine. Outside of FT, not everyone enjoys a lounge safari!
