I suspect that the gradual move to NDC vs direct GDS will play an ever increasing role in what we see available as consumers, in terms of tools and the capabilities of OLT companies.

I'm optimistic that there will be more options for corporate and fqtv consumers, when someone builds the appropriate software interface, but the first market will be travel agents obviously - who will eventually have to choose between using their existing GDS as a front end for NDC offerings, or a new piece of software from perhaps an independent vendor.
