You will def. not get a refund or voucher if the fare drops.

No first hand experience with Aegean and Black Friday, but as there is no reason to buy ticket for late March already now (low season) so just wait for any Black Friday offers to emerge. If there is no suitable offer, nothing lost and you can book afterwards.
