The Conrad is close to the beautiful Hamarikyu gardens, easy for the train to Odaiba and a short walk to the southern end of the chuo-dori main shopping street in Ginza
I also liked the hilton shinjuku location ( close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Govt building and its observation deck , the Shinjuku central park and not too far from the Shinjuku gyoen national garden. I liked walking along the passageway from the Shinjuku JR station west entrance ( usually going against the flow of most of the commuters)

Second the shinjuku location of hilton tokyo. The observation deck is an interesting sight both during the day and at night. It's open until q0 or so in the evening. And the access to subway line and shinjuku area.
