Hi all, thanks everyone who's making this thread so informative. I searched here a bit, but couldn't find a related post that address my question.
So, I see there are SFO-NRT JL premium economy on Nov 12nd, and SFO-HND economy seat on Dec 2nd. I think these are legit, as I can find them on AA website as well. I was trying to do some practices in booking stopover for my future reservations as I heard I get 1 free stopover for international flights. The thing is, I don't seem to be able to combine any of these with domestic flights by AS. I tried SEA, LAX, ORD, JFK, (e.g. tried LAX-SFO Nov 6 - stopover at SFO, SFO-NRT Nov 12) but nothing worked. I see plenty of AS nonstop flights from XXX-SFO on multiple days, but literally NONE of them work.

Having said that, I don't think there's some intrinsic problem with the JL flight, since making stopover at Tokyo and having two JL flights on the same itinerary works:

Not only this one, but also SFO-NRT (stopover) NRT-HKG, also shows up as available.
So, is this a known issue? That I can't combine AS domestic flights with international JL flight? I was suspecting about married segment issues, but AFAIK married segment should be unrelated with using stopover. It also doesn't seem to be the cabin type issue, since SFO-HND on economy also cannot be combined with AS. So I have no idea what's going on here..
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
