Paying $3600 for a service is one thing, losing all of your avios and being on BA's watch list for all the wrong reason without having done anything wrong yourself is another.
This is what I mean. We don't want to jump to conclusions, but all things point out to fishy behavior from the TA, regardless if she was aware of what she was doing. This is unacceptable, period; the TA needs to make the OP/customer whole. It is severely unlikely that BA closed this account just for kicks. Most likely, they investigated and found suspicious transfers of Avios between unrelated accounts. If this TA has had 25 (or whatever #) of accounts managed that were all closed, then unfortunately that's the common denominator - and would make the TA guilty, I would say.
