Sorry to hear that even though that's what many (most?) of us worried might happen. Did you end up checking your AA account and did you find anything looking like transfers etc?

I think you should have a serious talk with your TA and ask exactly what she did. To be clear, BA would not close your account and cancel all of your points just because you nominated a third party to to manage awards for you, so clearly, one way or another, BA investigators found that something wrong took place, and since you are not aware of what it might be, I think that your TA needs to be transparent here. Either she truly did nothing wrong and then this was a scandalous parody of justice (unlikely) or whether realising it or not, your TA did do something that the BAEC rules did not allow and if that is the case, she (or the company) owes you a serious explanation. Paying $3600 for a service is one thing, losing all of your avios and being on BA's watch list for all the wrong reason without having done anything wrong yourself is another.
