Not sure how it is measured: the actual bed portion (ending at edge of leg rest) or to the end of the footwell. If later, then given the tight footwell, it could be 10” deeper, but if you can’t fit your feet into that space, it isn’t really a benefit.

I’m not 6’ tall, and never had problems with the row 1 seats. Did have issues with row 2-4 though.
For my experience at pretty much 6' exactly, I don't pick row 1 for flights on which I want to sleep properly. It's aggravatingly just slightly short, and it's not possible to lay completely flat on my back.
