I can confirm this. Stayed at two properties recently in the UK (on points) but the dining and parking charges put on my hyatt credit card earned 0 points on check out sadly. I did get a stamp on my brand explorer page though.
Both places the employees had minimal to no knowledge of the hyatt partnership and one proactively offered the same amenity as they give members of MMS and the other property (initially) denied it (2 free drinks of UK sparkling wine, meh). Having said that, they each were small boutique hotels in old mansions and fun to stay at.
