We're not trying to be suspicious of you – indeed I think the majority of this thread has taken everything you've said at face value and tried to work out what could have gone wrong elsewhere – we're just asking for more details to be able to provide the best assistance we can. In this case, because we weren't sure what you meant by "BA Support Rep", we were trying to make sure you were not about to be scammed.
