We are looking for a stay in Key West within the next two months to use two 85K free night certificates. La Concha was rebranded to a Marriott Autograph collection (previously IHG Crowne Plaza) and is centrally located so we're considering it.

The reviews are poor, primarily due to people being unhappy about ongoing renovation construction and the pool being closed. However, the most recent reviews (within the last couple of weeks) would indicate that the renovations are soon finished.

Has anyone stayed here since it became a Marriott property? Any reviews about this or other Key West options? As an Autograph collection hotel, should we be provided with free breakfast as Platinum members? Do they generally waive the parking fee for Platinums? I don't think we pay resort fees when using FNAs.

I would also consider one of the Fairfields or Courtyard which are 1-3 miles away from Duval St to the northeast if the experience is better. We'll be driving to Key West, so need parking but will primarily walk once we get there. We don't mind walking 5+ miles a day so would not necessarily be put off by being a distance from Duval, although the central location might be nice for sunset viewings and convenience at the end of the evening.
