The list under Garner is def wrong. It seems somebody added hotels under the assumption all Novum hotels not affiliated with a big chain already and not going to the niu will either convert to Garner or to Candlewood Suites. That isn't the case. Only 56 hotels which are currently branded as ygghotel, Select, or Novum will become Garners (this includes some pipeline projects). 11 more Novum hotels (currently branded acora) will become Candlewood Suites.

I have removed the duds that were listed as upcoming Cologne Garners. But there are def more duds left.
