[QUOTE=FTDDD;36625626]I'd like to transfer some type of points or miles (that I currently have, Marriott/Amex MR/etc) into Azul so that I can book UA or Star Alliance tickets via Azul - as they are sometimes significantly cheaper through Azul.
Does that make sense? Do you know of any way to accomplish this? Thx[/QUOTE

I have not done what you indicate, so no direct knowledge. Have you seen this page on the Azul web site?
Transfer Points
In the Regulation section, No.2 indicates that: "Points from any partner or product are eligible for transfer." I did not see a list of who the partners or products might be. If not doable by using their web site, you may need to call them, explain what you want to do, and obtain further information. It may require you to join their frequent flyer program if you are not already a member.

I do know that in the past when using United miles to book an Azul flight, if available, the amount needed was pretty reasonable. It has been a while since I last did so, so don't know if it has changed.
