New to the M&S program and confused about renewal of status and below is screen shot of the account.

I can answer some of your questions. You are in the first year of the two year cycle.
3. If you miss the 6735 miles in year one you will need a total of 37500 by the end of year two. That is an additional 19235 miles by 31/1/2026,
4. If you get the 6735 miles in year one you will get an additional 2 years, so you will be extended to 31/1/2028. It is not very obvious in the app but it will show that at the end of 31/1/2026.
5. You can buy status miles in the second year, that is after 31/1/2025.
