I wouldn't bother with the car service. There's a regional train, RE22, leaving from the airport train station, and Freising is just one stop away. It's not very frequent though, so as an alternative, you can take S1 light rail 2 stops to Neufahrn, then transfer for 2 more stops to Freising. A bit more complicated, but it will be a crash course in German public transportation
