SIN-SYD BA15 dinner.
PDB, also served with warm nuts (not pictured)
No physical menus loaded for some reason, so the crew had to show the menu to everyone on their devices. It was different in a few respects to the one I'd received from YouFirst at the start of the month.
The amuse bouche was nice
Starter - the tom yum soup was spicier than I'd expected but actually very tasty
Main - the lamb chops were excellent as were the vegetables. Possibly the best lamb I've had on a plane. Nice Bordeaux red to go with it (Château Vieux Maillet,Pomerol 2011)
Chose straight vanilla ice cream for dessert. Much nicer than the ex-LHR stuff but half-melted on arrival

not that it really makes any difference haha!
Overall I found the food ex-SIN slightly better than that ex-LHR. I quite enjoyed this menu.
Service was friendly but not quite as polished as the previous sector. a bit slow, they apologised for that but didn't really explain why.
Straight to sleep after this as we had a very quick flight time down to SYD - reached a groundspeed of 670mph over the plains of Australia.
