Upgrades to Club
Hope someone can help.
I keep getting offers on MMB to upgrade to Club but when I try to click through and pay the response is unable to upgrade online. We phone BA and every time they say the offer is unavailable despite phoning every day for the past 3 weeks. They keep saying that people have taken the offer which I know is untrue.
To try and sort the problem BA split our booking in to 2 separate bookings (2adults travelling) but same issue. Yesterday our outbound flight had a similar offer, but guess what? U able to upgrade online.
I feel that BA are fobbing me off and they have a problem their end.
Any suggestions?
