I have a CI flight booked thru VS and I am going to try using this check in area since their website allows Skyteam J pax travelling transoceanic. I do see a failed attempt above from a few months ago, but I'll give it a shot.
My question is, do they ask for boarding pass to enter? Or does showing the J ticket record locator enough? I can't get my boarding pass for some reason and need to get an agent to check in.
