long story short , yes all AFKL aircrafts are back in the skies (unless scheduled for retirement or under maintenance) , and you are talking about before covid , so lot of things happened afterwards (covid , wars , higher demand , inflation ,etc .....) and are still taking place

So whatever prices you saw before or during covid you can just forget them and compare with competition to find something that fits your plans
