1A/L or 11L for westbound TATL? Usually don't sleep on the westbound. Currently in 11L; only other options are 17A/L or stay put in 11L. My go-to is 3A / 5A, but unavailable. Never sat in second cabin, but will be in 15A on the eastbound since no odd-numbered seats left in first cabin. Don't care about food - if it looks decent, I'll eat. If not, I'll skip.
Edited to add: I only carry a normal sized backpack onboard, which I always stow under the ottoman, so don't need bin space.
I would go with either 1A or 1L for the full sized footwell and shelf for extra space/storage. Out of these two, I would give the edge to 1L since you’ll have less sun directly at you so if you want to enjoy the views of Iceland/Greenland/Canadian Arctic, there will be less glare, etc.
Also further away from engine than 11L.
