I was at a corporate event in Hong Kong where the QR rep said that she had a reason to hope that QSuites would be returning on the HKG-DOH route in 2025 on one of the aircraft, so it may be true and stick. Despite the difference in premium seats the current DOH-HKG sub-premium experience and bus gates must be driving away traffic (See the Qatar Pacific thread), especially when Emirates are back to offering good value fares ex-HKG now and CX is rebuilding their network and frequencies gradually giving more options.
capacity wise, A35K would probably be more similar to ex-CX 77W;
but in the case of HKG re-introduction of QSuites seems a double-edged sword, on one hand this will enhanc J experience, but on the other hand F and Y+ would vanish
