Update: after talking to no less than 8 different reps, one finally told me that you have to wait for the card to be activated (so probably 7-10 days after being approved) to see the transfer partners.
Update in the ongoing saga: I received and activated my card today here in NYC, 8 days after being approved.
I immediately called ThankYou at 1-800-842-6596 and had my DoubleCash ThankYou points combined with my Strata Premier ThankYou points. The Indian customer support rep asked me which card I wanted to be my primary. I asked her what that meant. She pretended not to hear me and repeated the question. I asked her again. She gave me some BS non-answer. I just told her Strata Premier as primary. Still no idea what this affects.
Then I asked her about the 25% bonus,not knowing it ended six days ago. She starts talking about how there's a system outage and how I can't transfer points, and, oh no... now she can't transfer points either! She says this has been going on for two months. I say I've never heard of this. She tells me to call back in one to two business days.
I go on the website and after a bit of false starting, I figure out where to transfer the points and do so. Mission Accomplished.
