Hello! Would really appreciate it if someone can advise whether the price for two connecting segments, both eligible for the Spontaneous Escapes promo, should be quoted additively for the promo fare? I did a search for BKK-SUB and the promo fare is quoted at 15,400 KF miles (The promo fare for BKK-SIN is 9,450, and that of SIN-SUB is 5,950, so altogether exactly 15,400.), while the saver is 13,500 (as expected of.a Zone 3 to Zone 2 redemption).

In any case, selecting that just brings the page to an error that says "We cannot process your request right now. Please try again later, or get in touch with your local Singapore Airlines office." The terms don't seem to be particularly clear on this, but I do recall it used to mean the whole itinerary is discounted in the past. Any help is much appreciated!
