For those who checked both, did you notice any difference between the price asked to upgrade in the app versus the one asked at the airport? (both in terms of cash and miles)

The PSL recommended me to ask at the airport for a flight tomorrow, as in the app the upgrade appears, disappears, changes price etc. So I'm curious if it's worth it.
