Hopefully I’m not confusing bungalows with villas or maybe they are considered the same thing. The bungalows I remember seeing are between the beach and the building with standard rooms. It is close to the pool and I believe each bungalow has stairs you have to go up to access. It is still about a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, and you will pass the pool on your way. The pool is somewhat right outside the the bungalow once you go down the stairs and head in the pool direction. I’d say the pool is a 1 minute walk.
As far as if it’s appropriate, I think that’s a decision you will have to make. If I had a 1 and 4 year old I would stay in a bungalow as I would have my eyes on them at all times. Hope that helps!
thanks for the response, but I believe we are talking about 2 different types of accommodations. It’s my understanding that the bungalows are in the very back of the property and not by the pool.
This property is extremely confusing in terms of which rooms are which and where they are located. And a major pet peeve of mine with IHG has been with generic room photos on the website, which sometimes don’t give any clear differentiation between the room types.
