I am now thinking about a multi-city trip HND-FUK-NGS-HND.
Is it best to book this as a single itinerary with JAL/ANA or just do it myself with low cost flights, as follows?
HND-FUK (Skymark/Star Flyer)
FUK -> NGS (JR train)
NGS-HND (Solaseed)
