Domestic FC tickets do not provide access to the SkyClub. You would need to either be on an itinerary that has as a same-day DeltaOne ticket or you would need to have a Delta Reserve AMEX or a AMEX Platinum (the regular platinum, not the Delta amex platinum).

You can look on Delta's website for SkyClub rules and access.
