Next fall my wife and I will be doing a 60th birthday RTW trip booked with Aeroplan flights. We are both US citizens.

Flying from TPE-SIN-FRA-JFK we have separate PNR's TPE-SIN and then SIN-FRA-JFK with about a 10 hour layover.

Will the check-in desk at TPE be able to check us in for the entirety or will we have to stop at a transfer desk in SIN before heading to the lounge, or airside hotel, or worst case not be allowed to check in until 3 hours before our SIN-FRA-JFK the next morning?
