So they gave me my old seat back and group 0 and were very apologetic. I got first dining use (was ok, about par with UA Polaris dining room).

I got settled in 59k and someone else turns up with a bp for 59k who bagged it when I moved to F. He was understandably disappointed and didn't see him again after the FA sorted it out.

The flight was a complex one ticketing wise as it had a change on the outbound leg (dfw) and was a work TA booking so I've yet to sift through all that to figure out next steps.

​​​​​​I am back in LHR Monday for a WTP to IAD and will ask about an AUP again lol. I fly at least monthly to US, sometimes twice and it's normally J on united. Based on everything I'm not likely to shift much more spending to BA.
