In terms of Cabin is that ORIGINAL Booked or Current Cabin at the time the list clears. Specifically if one did an LMU from Y>PE would that bump their priority for an eUp from PE>J to above anyone in Y?
Ticketed cabin.
Otherwise paid J seated in Y would be below people who wanted free upgrades.
