The agent, after mistaking CVG for Charles De Gaulle on multiple occasions, told me that the 300 mile rule (although seemingly now the 350 mile rule) must be within the same city. So I played a fun game while he got the rules up... How many cities can you name that BA currently flies to where that would apply:

London
New York
Istanbul
Washington

The rules he read out to me (which are the same as the Standard Customer Guidelines on the Travel Partner Connect website) do not state city anywhere. However, he kept randomly adding it in a different place each time he read the rules.
