If you bought your ticket thru DL, I have a hunch it was not in W (Prem Eco) for the TATL segment with AF as I'm not sure there are any narrowbodies on DL metal with W and hence you would have paid for a Y ticket. No free upgrades unless you opt to pay the fare differential.
