I’ve used mine without issue for the past year.

I don’t check bags a whole lot but when I don it a been fine. Most of the time check in agents are still puzzled. They say “what do I do with that”. “Scan it into the system like any other checked bag”. It works just fine.

I do agree given the focus Alaska gave it. The check in agents are still a little clueless on them.
