This route is creative thinking, but I agree with previous posters that the execution will be another matter entirely. Who will want to board or disembark in the middle of the night in Cleveland, Pittsburgh, or Savannah? Even Jacksonville is problematic timing. It's really only good for the snowbirds in Illinois and the D.C. area who want to take the train, and don't mind inevitable multi-hour delays.
