EDI-LCY 17:45 Dep BA8709 Band 1 dinner

The frittata - other option was smoked salmon and grain salad, which I'd already had a couple of weeks ago.

Very heavy on the mayonnaise tbh, the starter was potato and sweetcorn mayonnaise "salad", one of the worst CE starters I've seen really. Frittata itself was fine, but nothing special. Dessert excellent, the highlight.

More positively, as the only CE passenger in a 4-row cabin, the drinks were flowing and probably the closest to a private jet experience I'll get without upsetting Greta T...

And a bit of a side-note but highly relevant for BACF catering: the front row tables on the refurbed aircraft are already a bit floppy, I had to prop the table up on my legs to stop things sliding off. Debatable whether 2D is still the best seat in BA's fleet, given the legroom in 2A/B and 3C/D is still ample.
