My flight was BA16 taken last month on a 787-9 from SYD to SIN. First time on BA in F. I asked for my meal to be served a few hours after everyone else to get some work done and since I had lunch at the QF lounge in SYD.

I did not expect the scallop dish to be hot. And unlike most folks on here, my fish was not overcooked at all and was quite moist. Instead, the bowl of vegetables was overcooked. The rest of the meal was excellent, and the crew even better than excellent (the best aspect of the flight). The ice cream was proactively served along with the pudding, "British style" according to the crew. Which had an unintended effect of making me have no room for the cheese plate. The last cheese plate went to the pilot, and the FA asked if I wanted it, which I declined. And I did not have the pre-arrival snack either since I was still full from dinner.
