I really enjoyed my stay at the Sheraton Grand Krakow and would definitely return. Here are my impressions and photos:

Pros:

• Upgraded to a Grand Deluxe Suite (in exchange for waiting until 16:30 but the staff brought the key to me in the club directly)
• Nice design and comfy furniture (especially the couch)
• Bed was great - plush mattress, plush pillows, plush covers
• AC was great by European standards
• Pretty and delicious welcome gift of cake balls and other treats
• Lovely view of river and castle
• Had to ask, but was able to get 3 PM late checkout as I requested
• Breakfast offered without welcome gift choice and was very tasty - loved the ham omelet with creamy cheese, pancakes slightly overcooked but still decent, could get barista coffees - yummy, great hashbrowns
• I really liked the club evening offering - very tasty cheesy pasta and great “nut cake” with delicious frosting

Neutral:

• Shower pressure was fine but not enough water flow due to holes being spread out

Cons:

• Bedroom TV didn’t work - said No Connectivity error on screen and all channels had no signal

I would definitely come back.
