I'm currently on a GRU-ADD-TLV flight (landing in ADD in 2 hours). My original layover was supposed to be 23.5 hours, but they changed my flight and it is now 32 hours. Arriving at 19:00, and departing at 03:00 32 hours later.
At check-in in GRU I explained that they are the ones who made the change and they said I will get a hotel voucher.
I finally got it after already sitting in my seat on the plane, and later saw it was not for the skylight but rather for "Zola International", which looks much worse.
Since I'm a *G flying in paid business class, can I change it to the skylight hotel? And if so, how?
