Tried using BOGO cert to combine with an award stay and they won’t let me use it unless a “Native” room type is available. Only Dreamcatcher rooms are available on every night I need. Same Dreamcatcher room that I was able to use points to book. Didn’t realize the cert would be so difficult to use.
this is super concerning. I am close to 100 nights and was going to choose the BOGO for Miraval. My understanding from reading the terms that it was BOGO on any room. But maybe I misunderstood it. Anyone else have success?
