Thx Jaejaez my thoughts as well. I am sure Singapore and Qatar Airlines wouldn’t treat their customers like that. I have flown both airlines and they are very customer focused. Too bad that Etihad Airways, who wants to be like these carriers, doesn’t look at customer the same way. I looked up Etihad Airways Vision and Mission statement and the way they treated me doesn’t support these statements. Oh well I know where I will be spending my hard earned money in the future😉😉😉
